Southern California's Only Mold-Exclusive Law Firm

Virginia Vanrrell Prono

Senior Paralegal

Virginia is a Senior Paralegal at Thompson Injury Law. Born and raised in Argentina, Virginia’s career path has always centered on understanding people and helping them navigate complex situations. After high school, she moved to California to study acting, gaining communication and adaptability skills that still serve her today. Returning to Argentina, she studied medicine for several years—an experience that provided her with a strong foundation in health sciences and a deep understanding of the human body. This medical knowledge has become invaluable in her current work on mold-claim and habitability cases, enabling her to interpret medical records, understand the health impacts of environmental exposure, and communicate effectively with experts and clients.

Virginia later earned her degree in Criminology from a university in Córdoba, specializing in human behavior and neuroscience. Her criminology studies not only deepened her understanding of people but also provided a solid legal foundation—knowledge she applies daily in her role at Thompson Injury Law.

Over the years, she has become a key member of the team, mastering the firm’s processes, assisting in preparing complex cases, coordinating with clients and experts, and ensuring each matter receives the detailed attention it deserves. Her role blends legal support, case management, and client care, and her mission is to make sure every client feels supported, informed, and never alone during the legal process.

Fluent in Spanish, English, Italian, and French—and currently learning Japanese—Virginia brings cultural awareness and adaptability to her work. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and visiting Disney whenever she can—proudly embracing her “Disney Adult” side. A devoted dog owner, she often works with her canine companion nearby. She also has a lifelong love of singing and acting, channeling that same creativity and energy into her work and client relationships.
