Anastasia Berzero is a Senior Paralegal at Thompson Injury Law, APC, where she provides comprehensive support in personal injury, toxic mold exposure, and landlord negligence cases. Her involvement begins from the very first moment a client reaches out to learn about the firm’s services, guiding and assisting them through every stage of the process until the case is resolved.

With experience handling complex mold-related matters, she works closely with clients, environmental experts, medical professionals, and attorneys to document damages and gather strong evidence. She plays an active role in drafting complaints, organizing and analyzing information for the discovery process, and ensuring all deadlines and legal requirements are met. Her responsibilities also include preparing and reviewing legal documents, managing case files, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with clients so they feel informed and supported at all times.

Born in Argentina and a native Spanish speaker, she serves as an essential link between the firm and the Hispanic community. Her approach combines organization, attention to detail, and empathy, contributing to the success of each case and the well-being of the individuals and families the firm represents.

Anastasia has a diverse academic background, having studied for four years at the prestigious Faculty of Medicine at the National University of Córdoba. She has studied English for 15 years, and has participated in international travel and cultural exchange programs that have broadened her perspective and communication skills.

In her free time, she enjoys studying fashion, staying active through exercise, reading, and exploring the city while discovering new places and embracing its energy.
